My first encounter with acupuncture was as a patient in 1990, when studying Mandarin in Beijing, China. The cultural differences and intense study schedule triggered a lot of stress, digestive issues and sleepless nights for me. During the acupuncture treatments, I learned about a different perspective and approach to health and healing. This ancient practice of traditional Chinese medicine changed my direction and path in life.
I have been in the healthcare field for over 25 years. I graduated from the Shiatsu School of Canada in 1994 and the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2003.
I am registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario.
I use my acupuncture treatment skill and extensive clinical experience to treat all types of pain conditions, arthritis, sciatica, sleep disturbances, digestive issues, anxiety, depression, headaches, stress and more. I incorporate different aspects of traditional Chinese medicine which includes acupuncture, acupressure and lifestyle recommendations to treat your specific health concerns.
