Your first appointment with a Naturopathic Doctor will be a thorough and detailed assessment, including health history and relevant physical exams. Taking all this information into account, a safe and effective treatment plan will be developed to address your individual needs. This will consider mental/emotional, spiritual and physical needs so that you are treated as whole person. At the base of Naturopathic treatment are diet and lifestyle changes to build a solid foundation for health.
